Is there a after life for Pets? ( dogs cats etc )

All living beings have souls/spirits, including pets like dogs and cats. However, a requisite for entering heaven is to believe Jesus died for your sins and he is savior. Since animals lack the faculties for comprehending this fact, they cannot inherit salvation. The afterlife destination for dogs and cats is therefore the default state, which is hell.

That is only a requirement for humans because they have sinned. No other living organisms know sin and therefore they are all innocent. God told Adam and Eve not to eat "from the tree of knowledge." Only they ate fruit from that tree. Therefore, you must know sin to be a sinner and only humans know what sin is.

No idea. But I hope so. I want to see my puppy again after her time comes.

I don't think there's any evidence to suggest that there is. To think there is would be simply a feel-good futility.

Those are very obvious metaphors. I have never met a person that thought that Revelation was talking about literal horses.
