Of course not. God doesn't want will-less robots, no matter what some nut-heads want us to believe. There was a movie decades ago called "Stepford Wives;" that misinterpretation of scripture doctrine reminds me of that.
If you don't want will-less robots why do you pray to God to alter one's will to accept Jesus?

How can you expect God by your prayers to make people accept His Son without God interfering in their will?

No, that's not what I mean to say. It is clear that God has his plan, and that he will accomplish it. That dispels the idea of Open Theism. But the most minor details of how that plan is carried out we can only speculate about. That dispels the strictest ideas of predestination.
You mean to say God depends on the choices of humans to fulfil His eternal plan?

Proverbs 16:9
The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.

Joshua 24:15
And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

John 7:17
If anyone's will is to do God's will, he will know whether the teaching is from God or whether I am speaking on my own authority.

John 1:12-13
But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.

Revelation 3:20
Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.

1 Corinthians 10:13
No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

What do those verses mean? Is the will of humans controlled by God?

Our problem is awareness of self, not free will. Other species make choices and reason all the time.

Ought you not to pray for other's salvation because according to your belief, humans have freewill and God ought not to intervene in the freedom of human will?

Proverbs 16:9 A man's heart plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps.

We can make plans in our heart and with our mind about what we would do, or like to do, but the Lord decides whether those plans comes to fruition.

"Commit thy works unto the Lord and thy thoughts shall be established."

Proverbs 16:3

Wesminster Confession

"God from all eternity did, by the most wise and holy counsel of his own will, freely and unchangeably ordain whatsoever comes to pass; yet so as thereby neither is God the author of sin, nor is violence offered to the will of the creatures, nor is the liberty or contingency of second causes taken away, but rather established."

God gives choices in order to flex that free will. He doesn't have to. The idea is to learn that our free will often leads to disaster as it is self oriented. We are to learn WHY His will is superior by comparison.

No! It wouldn't be 'free' will if it was. Only at the end will our nature remain the same as when we pass. Revelation 22:11

So God is completely out of control of what we choose? He can’t touch it, it’s off limits to him and he can’t influence it in any way, especially not through our experiences, circumstances and personality (all of which he is directly in control of and responsible for).

Or how about this:
Where do our “choices” come from? Our personality, desires, nature, experiences and environment. Those factors all heavily influence our decisions...so do we say God is also not in control of those things too in order to protect this free will of ours which comes from now where land imaginary place where God has no say?

How can both God and man both have a will which is free?

So God has no assurance His plan will be fulfilled?

What if human will opposes His plan?

God has assurance that His plan will be fulfilled because He will see that it is. God promised Abraham to make his descendants into a mighty nation. When the Israelites rebelled against Him He decided to destroy them and make the descendants of Moses into a mighty nation. His promise to Abraham would have been fulfilled regardless of whether those specific descendants were to be a part of it.

Human will opposes the plan of God all the time. Time and again the Israelites rebelled against God but His plan was fulfilled in spite of them.

Obedience is according to our own will. God speaks to His people to witness to people.

Romans 10:
14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? 15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written:

“How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace,
Who bring glad tidings of good things!”

16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?” 17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
