I don't think so, as it doesn't say we should completely ignore possibilities like aliens or demons. Parsimony doesn't say "I am right, ignore the rest!", it says "I'm probably right, but I might not be. Get more evidence".

Besides, isn't KJVo a bigger blind spot, as if it's wrong, it blinds you to that possibility?

This is the basis for Special Pleading arguments. When it comes to "X" we should consider supernatural/ alien/ wee folk/ etc. cause, or else we "miss out" on the right answer.
