Can Theodicy be a democracy? It doesn’t have to a a Christian one or Islamic one? They

Yes, I suppose if you can have a "socialist democracy" you can have a theocratic democracy. The idea of the separation of church and state did not exist in many societies in the past (like many monarchs we read in history).

It can, but it shouldn't be. In a perfect world it could work because all people would vote in a manner that was in line with the will of God but we do not live in a perfect world. It would be better to entrust leadership in a pious individual like Moses rather than the rabble of Israelites who often turned away from God.

I don't think the two concepts are compatible. In a country like Iran, there is popular representation but ultimately an Islamic council made of religious leaders can overrule them.
