i dont think thats true at all. do you know people in deep need who pray every day, and why is it that they are still there????

Prayers depend upon the will of God which is a mystery to us. Either our prayers aren't in line with his will or he answered and we missed it. Both those who need and give help. So if actual material needs aren't provided, it's us lacking spiritually to serve him and others.

most people in this world would love to have "normal", what the wealthy west takes for granted. stop stretching the point, people live in dire circumstances, they dont want a sports car!

Christianity doesn't primarily address issues of material inequality. Some Christians may choose to do so as a calling from God, but the religion itself is about reconciling people to God, and then to each other. It doesn't have a specific political agenda, nor can it make promises of wealth to anyone.
