Is it possible to keep the 10 commandments?

let me get this right. Are you saying, that the so called "great spirit" of the American Indians, is the same as the God of the Holy Bible?
What does Romans 1:19-20 mean to you?
How many God's (capital G) are there?

Please explain.

do you believe the the Bible teaches that Jesus' Death was for every sinner, the entire human race, even those who will end up in hell?
If you'd like to debate Universalism, please start a thread on the subject. There are already, like, 5,497 or so of them, but what the heck. Maybe this one will be different.

Well Phil 1:21 looks like you're the only one on this thread that knows what anything means.
If that's what you get from what I posted, I can understand your eisegesis. Best course of action: stick to what's actually said. Discussions are more productive that way.

John 6:44 The Father draws all men to Him. Just as Jesus does.

See, this is a good example of eisegesis.

John 6:44 “’No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them, and I will raise them up at the last day.’” (nowhere says “all men”)

Every verse good.
I don't understand the point.
I agree with each one.

So Jesus was wrong when He told His Twelve Disciples that He was going to the cross to die for their sins, which included Judas as Luke informs us in his Gospel. Yes Jesus God Incarnate said He died for Judas who ended up in hell. Now deal with this

Here's what you posted in no. 275:

Um, yeah...I agreed with scripture that was quoted. I don't think eisegesis means what you think it means.

To which I replied that only YOU know what anything means on this thread.

And you reply with the above???

I will explain after you answer my simple question. I was first...
You were first?
What is this kindergarten.

I answered all your questions. Know why?
For those reading along.

Sometimes persons that ask questions are honest, and sometimes they're just leading one along.

My questions were to find out what YOU thought.
This is not an inquisition.

And nowhere in that post did I express an opinion about anyone else's knowledge. So, um, yeah....

I usually don't insist about such nonsense,
but what does this mean...:

Which is what you told me...
Pride is such a sin. It leads to all kinds of misunderstandings.
I'd say it's the number one sin...would you agree?

It behooves us to be humble in our speech and interactions with each other.

How about you mine?
I did answer you.
Go check...
I said there is only ONE GOD.
The Great Spirit is the same God we worship.
There is only ONE God.

He reveals Himself as He will to each culture.
They may not have understood Him they way we do because we know Jesus. But....there is only ONE GOD.

See Jeremiah 31:3

Also verse 45 states that every man that has learned of the Father will come to Jesus.
See Isaiah 54:13
God will teach all. Also Jeremiah 31:34
Bold and underline for emphasis because it's another example of eisegesis.

John 6:45 “It is written in the Prophets: ‘They will all be taught by God.’ Everyone who has heard the Father and learned from him comes to me.”

Note: “…and learned from him…” So your argument is dead in the water, but let’s look at the scripture Jesus quoted. (wants to remind you that even Satan has heard of the Father, but doesn’t see a need for something that obvious)

Cross reference Isaiah 54:13

11
“Afflicted city, lashed by storms and not comforted,
I will rebuild you with stones of turquoise,a]" style="box-sizing: border-box">[a]
your foundations with lapis lazuli.
12 I will make your battlements of rubies,
your gates of sparkling jewels,
and all your walls of precious stones.
13 All your children will be taught by the Lord,
and great will be their peace.

And as an exercise I invite you to examine who Isaiah was writing to (hint: there’s a reason I included verse 11) (second hint: it’s not all people in the world). Context...she is important.
