It is always right now in eternity, no matter what timespace you move to.

So the infinite God of the universe is constrained by time? If it is a requirment of heaven to be in the time "present" that means that God must be in the time "present" that would mean that God and heaven are constrainted by time and thus God himself is not infinite as he is required to be in present time...hmmm my God is infinite so I am not willing to agree with your point.

If God is infinite his heaven must also be infinite as the non infinite cannot hold the infinite...this means that the saints who are with God in heaven are also part of the infinite kingdom of God as they too would be present within the infinite heaven...unless of course you want to conceide the point that God is not infinite.
