when was the revelation of the Trinity exposed to the Jews? What of those who never heard of it?

Through Jesus. Jesus stated over and over again that He was God's Son, that the only way to Father was through Him, that He and His Father were one. The Jews, as a whole, rejected this. When the Holy Spirit came at Pentecost, many were saved, but many rejected.

What of those who never heard? The same thing as those of Gentiles who had never heard.

If Christianity be true, which I believe it to be, Islam by necessity is false. Islam has built into it a specific rejection of the core beliefs of the Church: the Trinity, salvation by Christ's death and resurrection and a rejection of many forms of Christian living.

A Christian is free to respect any Muslim they feel is worthy of respect. Respect is not limited to those we agree with. Yet how can we respect the religion they believe in or respect the most prominent figures therein? Specifically Allah or Muhammad?

If Islam were legitimate or true, Christianity is illegitimate, the two contradict each other on some of the most crucial points of theology and morality.
