Jesus said: This is my body, this is my blood, but He was quite alive yet, so it was a symbol, read: Luke 22:19-20, Mathew 26:26-29, Paul explain it in 1Corintians11:25-29, 1 Corintians 10 have some difficult verses where Paul also talk about the comunion with Jesus and among us.
1 John 1:3,6-7 maybe will clear the concept, that is symbolic but highly espiritual also, but not physical. My understanding. You need to pray when open the Bible not to prophanate it, because it is a sacred Word of God and the Holy Spirit will open your understanding, like in Luke24:45. and John16:13

The Eucharist is the real body and blood of Christ.

the Body that was resurrected is the Body that was crucified. Christ only has One Body.
But, wasn't Christ's body different before and after his resurrection?

By different, I mean it wasn't glorified yet.

no, He perfectly deified it from the moment of His conception.
