'Bracing for a shot in my back': Ohio Sheriff's Deputy Alan Gaston speaks out after IRS office security guard pulls gun on him
A security guard at an IRS office in Toledo, Ohio, pleaded not guilty Monday to charges stemming from an incident in which he allegedly pulled a gun on a sheriff's deputy in full uniform who refused orders to leave his service weapon in his car.

The security guard, Seth Eklund, 33, entered his plea in Lucus County Common Pleas Court to one count of aggravated menacing stemming from the encounter with Lucas County Sheriff's Deputy Alan Gaston.

Talk about stupid. Every cop wannabe I have ever met knows an on duty officer must carry his gun. And even without that requirement just leaving a gun in an unsecured car is right out.

Now if he politely refused entry with the gun that would have been reasonable. But pointed his gun at the uniformed officer when he turned around to leave.

Hopefully there is one more unemployed rent a cop and the company he worked for faces some scrutiny.
