It it pointless to debate with you The section of the bill does not lay any requirements on the President. That is clear for anyone to see. To say otherwise is simply wrong. There is no gray area.

Again, why does it seem like it is always taken to the personal level right at the same time no counter evidence can be supplied? Is this an accident?

The very first line of the bill requires the Prez to go through the UNSC. That is exactly why Powell was sent to sell it to the UN.

I pointed out THAT THOSE WERE NOT REQUIREMENTS. It doesn't require the President to gain UN Approval. No where in the bill does it say that.

The requirement is in the first line of the bill. That's why it says "through" the UN. If it was not a requirement then why was Powell sent to sell it to the UN? Why have the UNSC even take a vote at all???
