When it comes down to it who will stand with you before God?

If I am wrong I will have to apologize for having such a high view of God. If you are wrong you will have to answer for your slander against him. You folks have painted God as the worst despot in history. Not sure he appreciates that.

Wouldn’t you say that everyone is at a different level of understanding @Saint Steven?

Everyone has churches that they attend and sometimes the doctrinal teaches come from others who most certainly believe in Christ Jesus, but because of their worldview, and teachings from others expound on their own expressed views of what the Bible has to say.

A lot of context goes untouched, and no real applicable learning is provided to them.

Those they to believe, or have faith. God deals with each select individual one on one through their faith.

Those who go to church, that is great and everything, but please read your Bible, and ingest what is being taught with in the context of it, may you be able to come to knowledge of Gods will, spiritual understanding and wisdom.

There are many treasures in seeking heavenly thing, and much wisdom and knowledge to come to and be able to share to others.

Most certainly is it tough, and a challenge but well worth it in the end of having Faith, Love for God and Love for others.

So, you would agree that a relationship with God is more important than being inside or outside the fold? That you can't be saved by a human institution? (church)

Yes, every person who is a believer are saved by the faith God gives to them, after they make the choice to follow Christ Jesus, and live for the love of God and the love of others. (There are many different measures of faith God gives)

Churches are useful, when it comes to teaching people however, there are many philosophies of Men, and traditions also of Men that can be of no real use though inflicting others with more burdens and bondages to the faith rather than reliance on God.

It is most certainly something to be weary and cautious of, because as individuals no one is responsible for the things a person does in this life but you and you alone +also with you and your relationship with God who watches over and sees all who are rained on, unbelievers and believers alike. Or righteous and unrighteousness.
