Seems bit pricey for the length of it. Published paperback 2010 ? When did you write it ?

With Amazon lower price might bring wider audience. Think I read somewhere that Amazon doesn't pay that well for writers if they are not particularly renowned ?

Publisher's placement, publisher's marketing strategy, and I need to know Amazon's payment to writers. We will see when the royalty check comes in ....

Sounds interesting but I’ve got about 10 books to read first. I will get to it.
