Well, life is filled with lessons from our experiences. One gets resolution, closure in a sense to a no answer. Eventually you realize that what you asked for is not something that is good for you. The fact is, you can't see or understand my life or perception of the Christian. I see the world differently than you and this is precisely why you don't see that God is the Creator, Who has provided for and taken care of us all along. I look back into my life and realize that He has orchestrated these events and people in my life to bring me to a moment of time when He revealed Himself to me. You can't see it, I understand. I could share my testimony with you but it would be a waste of time. So I must move on now. Take care. You don't get a verbal no from god. All you get is a "not yes" which is indistinguishable from complete silence. You still fail to explain to me how an answer of "no" from god is any different from getting no answer at all.
You are assigning meaning to those events in the same way that astrologists assign meaning to zodiac signs.
I really don't see anything remarkable about the fact that you had a girlfriend who came into some money which allowed you to take the Hawaii trip you've always wanted. And $20k would get a large portion of the populace out of debt.
