Possibly because the 'announcement' was decades before you were born. I'm not sure what you're trying to say. In the criminal justice system, we don't say "We only have a lot of evidence that Dillinger committed the crime, so we'll have to let him go."

We have the evidence. No competing theory explains it as well. Evolution is the only game in town.

I think you misunderstood my post, I was looking for something that proves evolution to me, not to those who choose to believe it, and need no solid proof.

Will you please also post the links that many times explain my very reasonable take on your laughable "Sciences proves nothing". It's just a cop out because you cannot prove it...but since you already know my take, suffice to say, nothing has changed.

After the amount of times that these errors have been explained there's absolutely no way that you don't at least understand why your questions are flawed.
