For In Him we live and move and have our being.
The redeemed of the Lord have SO MUCH to be thankful for! Despite our misgivings, despite our frailties, despite our doubts, worries, and unbelief. And most of all… despite our SIN, He is THERE, like a STRONG TOWER, a refuge for the WEAK! Like a ROCK that pours out LIVING WATER in the driest of deserts. Like a shelter in the storm when the waves our pounding. He calms the sea and walks on the water! His mercies endure forever! Never shall we be lost as we are held firmly IN CHRIST.
Though we may stray from time to time, IN CHRIST is never far away, not over the next mountain, no need to sail across the sea. For He is in you!! In all those who believe in Him. The life of Christ is in all those who came to Him on bended knee. We can't make In Christ. We can't muster up strength to experience "In Christ". Just take a short little trip to the Cross if you want In Christ. You will find a fountain of forgiveness, and a joy unspeakable and full of glory!! This is where we enter His rest and a sweet embrace full of forgiveness. In that quiet place of shelter only found in Christ. Throw away all the formulas, the striving, the heavy burdens of this world, and take that little trip to the cross... IN CHRIST will never let you down!!
