Again, I did not receive the 1,000 dollars. My bank made that authorization without my approval. If I knew the money came from bad people like the mafia, I would try and return the money. If the money was from a family member who did not have such money to give to me, I would send it back to them (Knowing that they would suffer if they did not have that money, i.e. they would lose their house, etc.). So no. Gifts have to be received. Gifts are not forced upon people. It doesn't work like that.
