Hi there,

So the Lord sort of showed me all of a sudden, that expecting one image of the Beast is biblical, but that historically the reference to an image of the Beast is open to context.

For example Facebook, is an image of the Beast as relates toward friendship. It is an image of the Beast because the Beast is a friend of everyone and when you are on facebook, you are thought to be a friend regardless.

For another example, the sequencing of the human genome is an image of the Beast, as it relates to the building blocks of life. It is an image of the Beast because the Beast boasts his DNA is the same as everyone else's and when you think of DNA you are thought to have DNA like him.

What scares people is this mentality going to Government and the Government having control, but actually the image of the Beast with regard to Government is just a set of sanctions - Israel will attempt to assert total control within its borders, but when the Lord causes the system to fail, others will shy away from attempting such a failed enterprise. This does not mean the images of the Beast go away, just that jail-broken examples of the image of the Beast inherit only derision (mockery, laughter).

Basically anything that makes a change of opinion prohibited, is an image and anything which attributes that prohibition permission, is of the Beast. It can be done to control, or to curse, or to intimidate - without giving men the freedom to explore their various powers, God could be accused of limiting man's freedom and indeed when they are jail-broken [I nearly wrote "fail-broken" lol] they empower God to make a greater statement about Jesus than had come before (you thought the image of the Beast was great, what about Jesus!). It's like dealing with children, you don't chide them for every sin they do or do not commit, but you treat them lying to you vary seriously and again you don't take the lie away from them - thought you have to punish them - but you make it vary clear that their lying has no power over you.

This is basically God's stance on the image of the Beast, it will not go unpunished and moreover, it most certainly does not have any power over Him!

There is, for example: "a tapestry of the false prophet".

The internet is a tapestry of the false prophet: it empowers people to contradict sense, without account before the Church.

The idea that we can adapt as we please, is a tapestry of the false prophet: it empowers people to contradict conviction, without account before the Church.

These things erode culture and the authority of the Church, even though in the end good comes of them - because they make a way for word, where previously there was only heresay (should the Holy Spirit prevail!).
