I’m sorry about the anxiety. I had it too for a time, but it finally went away. Some of the things that I used to overcome that anxiety were prayer, reading the Word, and listening to Christain music.
Looking up the Scriptures that addressed anxiety also helped me. Proverbs 12:25 says, “Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs him down, but a good (encouraging) word makes it glad.” Just reading that verse makes that heaviness feel less heavy for me. I pray that you find peace, comfort, joy, and lots of great friends to help keep you as you walk out your faith and continue to grow in Him. Blessings, my friend!
