I've been dealing with depression on and off for a few months now. It seems to be getting worse and things aren't getting any better in my life. If anything, things are getting worse.

TimAM - I have some experience with the subject, having fought situational depression for many years, though I have been free of it now for about 20 years. There are many different approaches to fight depression. What works for one person, may not work for another. I will pray for you tonight.

Have you seen your doctor?
Have you medication and are you taking them regularly?
