Yes, I absolutely for the purpose of this discussion mean UFO's to be flying saucers.

    None.

People could visit us from every planet; it doesn't change the fact that Jesus died for us, to reconcile us to God.
All the aliens in the universe cannot alter the fact that we were sinners in need of a Saviour.

Well, we don't know a lot about angels, we know what they do but we don't know where they come from.
Angel just means "messenger" but they have been described in multiple ways, sometimes appearing as men, sometimes described as beasts.

So I'm not beyond the belief that Angels are in fact, Aliens that live on other planets. The bible just doesn't specify. Some are in the 3rd heaven, but the numbers given? Could some be flying around in the second heaven?
Ezekiel 1 comes to mind on the idea of them using vehicles.
So.. that's the core of my belief if I had to go there.. that Angels are Aliens and specifically the ones that would come to earth overtly and not in service to God.. would be fallen Angels, those that follow Satan.

admittedly, this idea also has me not having much love for Angels, or any real excitement or admiration for Angels. I see them as beings, which like men, have sinned and rebelled against God, and unlike man, has no redemption through Christ. Hard for me to love something that is capable of sinning but has no chance of redemption.

Depends on the Aliens. What if they hand out Bibles and proclaim "Jesus loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life?"

My faith would be pretty OK with that, but would the government?

There was a time in the past when that would've troubled me. But no more. The universe is a big place and I can easily imagine God creating life all over it.

That being said, I remain a skeptic because there's a dearth of genuine physical evidence for such things. And I suspect that some UFO activity such as abductions might be spiritual events, not physical ones.

Wouldnt be surprised if any government promoted that aliens had visited the earth. According to a good friend of mine, Its probably going to be the next lie forced upon us anyway, after the 'climate' one of course :)

If I may they are real just not from some other planet. Is odd no something so wise smart just for some odd reason can not come out in the open. Seems something that has more power is holding it back..if you ask me. My guess is when something is taken out of the way the world will see wonders.. lying wonders they have never seen before.

If by some strange chance you ever see something .. try saying " IN JESUS NAME" watch what happens :)

Angels have not sinned, they are God's helpers, messengers.
Demons are fallen angels who sinned. There is a difference.

I'd have though the comparison was obvious. Both involve declaring, out of sheer ignorance, that a group of people were demons. To declare that aliens are demons is an act of the same kind of ignorance, compounded by the fact that you don't even know if the people you're calling name even exist or not. That goes beyond simple ignorance and becomes delusion. Cling to that if it seems good to you, everyone has the right to be ridiculous if they so choose.

Thank you for your honesty. But now you have the burden of showing that flying saucers exist at all. I contend that they do not, but I admit that I have as little evidence as you do (i.e., none) to support my belief.

The government has already admitted they are real (the ones in the tic-tac videos taken by military personnel). They just do not know their origin yet.

That is, or course,a matter or faith. I happen not to believe in aliens or flying saucers. Could be wrong, or course. I'm open to evidence,

No such problem if you assume that they're not anywhere at all

Thy're unable to overcome their lack of existence.

    Interesting notion.

What should we expect if the something we see is actually an airplane or some celestial object going about its celestial buniness?

The question for me is are aliens simply another word for angels and demons. If so, it doesn't really change anything. If they are something else, who knows, but God created them for some purpose.

They're both Angels. Some angels sinned and have fallen.
    But they're still angels.

but when it comes down to it..
I love humans because they're made in the image of God and God loved them enough to redeem them despite their fall at great cost.
I love animals because they do not have the capacity to sin, they are things that God created (and some of them were created for us, in Genesis 2. Before creating Eve God created animals for companionship for Adam, so it's only natural and by design that we love them and care for them).

    But Angels?
They have the capacity to sin and do not have the capacity to be redeemed if they do.
That's a hard thing for me to love.

I.E., they've admitted there are flying things they can't identify. Boy, that's an earthshaker, init? And on that basis I'm supposed to believe in flying saucers? Yeah....no.

Did I ever tell you about my 300 mph '97 Hyundai Accent? Bone stock except for one minor modification. Got the speed radar display where a duly sworn law officer clocked it on his duly certified radar gun on TN Highway 99 between US 31A and US 431. No ticket was issued, though. I was there, and not only saw it with my own eyes, I helped install the minor modification, because it was my car. No question that it happened, half a dozen sober witnesses. Occurred just after sunrise on the 14th of August (year is irrelevant, it was a good while back) to prevent interference from normal traffic, and so the officer could get back on patrol.

No, no one had doctored the radar gun; the copper in question wouldn't even let us touch it. That would have queered the whole deal.

So how do you reckon it was done? Had we used a Bergenholm Device to render the car massless? Were we running a magical fuel that allowed the little 1500 cc engine to develop 10K horsepower? (There's an idea to make to make one shudder). Was it angels? Demons? Aliens? The CIA? SATAN? What's your best guess?

True story? Yep. Why am I telling it? To see what kind of explanation you come up with, to see how your mind works. Relevant to the the whole UFO conversation? Absolutely. Give it your best shot. Maybe I'll tell you what we did. Maybe not.

It is historic. They never admitted things like this before. They always denied etc. Now they admit there is an advanced technology that is not ours that is far above our level and known levels of technology in the world. Something that can accelerate and seemingly unlimited speeds, that can make right angles no matter how fast it's going, flies just as fast underwater as it can in the air, can hide from radar and IR when it wants to, and can penetrate the highest security areas we have at will. It's a huge security nightmare and the US military cannot do anything about it.

Ezekiel 1 has some descriptions of wheels in the sky that changed direction without turning, and made noises like rushing water.

Ultimately, Angels are created beings that serve God. Any Alien would be a created being... so who's to say they don't serve God.
But they are not made in His image.

No, that we do not, and the government has said no such thing. Better read what they actually said.

Sorry, but none of that is true, and nobody has sais that it was. Again, better read what was actually said.

Really? If so, why does no one in an official capacity seem to be properly terrified? Don't you think their response is amazingly subdued iif they've actually asmitted that anyone has such magical capabiities? What's wrong with this picture?

BTW, no guesses at how my 300 mph Hyundai worked? It certainly worked, beyond any dispute. How do you explain it? Spacemen? Unholy bargains made at the Crossroads? Pixie dust?
