Intellectual property is still property, and taking it without permission is stealing. Now, you can try to rationalize it all you want. But it's still stealing.

Freely we receive from God and freely we are to give. If something is licensed then maybe people do not need to be viewing it. There is no money with God. what about photographers rights?

If you put your photo on the internet then there is an implied consent that you are giving it away. Terms of service agreements require you to give up your rights to a photo if you store it on someones server or on the cloud.
