I Just Don't Get It. What's Wrong with My Local Parish?

Greetings all of you in Christ, peace and love be with you always.

I have been gone for several days due to my computer's technical problems and so I was unable to do many stuffs here. Now, that isn't the main point here, I am here to talk about my Parish Church for I am so out of words as to how annoying it is. I have been enjoying many of its New Missal parts when still Old Missal parts of the Novus Ordo are still being used. Like the Gloria part where it should be "Glory to God in the Highest, and on Earth peace to people of good will..." instead of "Glory to God in the Highest, and peace to His people on Earth..."
And another is with the Sanctus as it still uses the "Holy 3X Lord God of power and might", which is already outdated for nearly 5 years. And it bothers me to no end as to why are the priests here in my parish are still using it. The New Missal of the Novus Ordo in whole is WAAAAAY BETTER than the Old Missal for it is way more theological and sound.

Now I have been wondering about doing this thread in a long time yet I was unable to because of so many second thoughts.

As far as I know they are mandatory. Something's fishy here. Might be a lack of money to get new missals? Those books can't be cheap, especially in the bulk you have to buy for a full Catholic parish.

Even I thought this was mandatory and I was in full confidence that we would be using it all to eternity here at full effect. Turns out, a certain percentage remained the same and it boggled me to no end as to why.

The Gloria, the Sanctus, the Mysterium Fidei, and sometimes, even the part where the priest himself was about to call people to pray The Lord's Prayer parts are being kept pre-2011. This really still may be celebrating the same essence of the Holy Mass and we celebrate the Holy Eucharist but the New Missal is WAAAY more rich in spiritual power than the old.

Azure - we cannot answer your questions - they can only be answered by your priest/s

In your parish he is the 'boss' of Liturgy - he says and you do.

If, after you have spoken with him and explained your concerns, and he says he will carry on doing as he is doing now , then if you wish to take it further it goes to the Diocese.

But this is a huge thing. I know I am brave but not sure how brave I am to do that.
