Revelation 12 has not yet happened, and it declares that Satan (the chief evil angel created to do what he does do) has his own army of evil angels who are the angels of darkness for whom the Lake of Fire was created. Satan is the “Prince of Darkness, and in him is no light, nor ever has been nor shall be.
His job is to tempt the holy Watcher angels and the seed of Adam. His reward is to torment forever, along with his army of evil angels, those who fall prey to his lies, and act upon them, in his kingdom of darkness, which is the Lake of Fire, when they are all cast there, in the end of this present creation.
The Watchers who fell are chained for now -since the flood- in Sheol, as a warning to other watcher angels to not do that lawlessness after the flood, for the womb brother of Jesus -Jude, tells us that they were chained as examples and warnings to those who would be tempted to do the same after the flood; and we read in Genesis that more did, and do; just like Sodom and Gomorrah were nuked by fire from heaven as a warning to those Adam seed persons who would after be tempted to do the lawless deed of fornication in the same manner of the fallen holy Watchers, as Jude, the womb brother of Jesus says (which he read all about in the book of Enoch, which tells these things).
Hebrews 2:14 is showing the promise given (at the fall, when Satan got the power of death/corruption over all flesh in the creation Adam was made to rule) would be bought back, by the death of the Seed of the Woman (the woman is Spiritual Jerusalem/Jerusalem above, who became the barren woman at the fall), and whose Seed of the Promise is Christ come in New Creation Flesh, who ransomed the lost kingdom and the lost Adam seed (whosoever will receive Him), by the once for all Atonement, and got the power over death by His resurrection.
Ezekiel 28 is speaking of the king of Tyre, a human being, an Adam person, and to the Adam spirit which he is of. The Hebrew is plain that the man is a human, an Adam, for it says so.
-So who was in Eden, the Garden of God, and got cast down?
Where is the Garden of God/Paradise?
Paul says, in 2 Corinthiansthians 12:1-3, that it is in the third heaven, and Jesus says in Revelation 2:7, that the Tree of Life is in it -and it always has been, since Genesis 2, when God took Adam there, to rule from, and from where Adam got cast down and angels were set to guard the entrance lest Adam enter, eat of the tree, and live forever in the defiled flesh, and be fit only for the Lake of Fire, and never be ransomed back, as the plan was.
And BTW: Satan never had legs and the belly of the earth is Sheol, the holding pit for the dead, where one Satan was made king of at the fall. That Satan’s name is "Abbadon", the king of Sheol, otherwise known as Apollyon. That is in the Word of God.
Death/Corruption feed Sheol the souls of their victims, and Corruption feeds on the dust/flesh of every creature that breathes, and has since the fall; but Death and Sheol will be cast into the Lake of Fire -their home, made for them, in the end.
