How's your weather today?

I looked around and didn't see any recent threads about
the weather, and, inspired by the rather dramatic
conditions where I am at the moment, I thought I'd start
a new one.

In our area, we have a high wind warning (not just a
'wind advisory') through tonight, with Northwest winds 30
to 40 mph, gusting up to 70 mph! This 'hurricane-
wannabe', as I call it, is underway as we speak.

While high winds make me nervous when trying to sleep
at night (I run a fan to drown out the sound), I actually
can't wait to walk to work in this (it's a short walk). It's
going to be aaawwwesome!!!

Woo-hoo!!

Totally tolerable.

It was a chilly day and is now snowy.

It's currently 36 F, and sunny, and will be a high of about 45 F, with relatively calm winds with a bit of a breeze now n' then.

We only got a little bit of snow but now we are expecting Storm Elsa who could bring us
up to a foot of snow. The only thing I like about snow is when my cousin comes over,and we go sledding.

We're under a Winter Storm Watch from late tonight through
tomorrow evening. Right now it sounds like sleet out there,
tapping on the windows.

We have a freeze watch in effect from late tonight through
tomorrow (Friday) morning.

....it's going to be sunnier and just a bit warmer today, maybe 65 F.

While there's a chance of rain on Friday, it looks like we've got a
chance of cactus on Wednesday and Thursday!

it's cooler today, a rainy-ish.

Thank God. It was downright HOT the last 3 days of the week.

Yes, same here. I've shut off the AC and opened
my porch door to let the cooler air in!
Much nicer.
