We teamed up with Faith Counseling. Can they help you today?

You can't. You can't force people to exercise more or to make better life decisions. OK you could force them but I would rather that not happen.

Of course force doesn't work. But how can we convince or persuade them to seek better health?

Diet and fitness ideals are an outgrowth of early experiences. For good or bad. Most mimic the behaviors they saw at home. The majority who practice good health believe they have something to live for and a positive outlook on life.
