I am just asking for a life that I can feel like living without wanting to end it because it hurt so much. I've asked for direction so many times, and asked for good things to come into my path, and I've asked to change into something better, but I haven't seen much of that.
Your life is a product, of your decisions. What would you have God do? Buy you out of this life and start over? Why would he if you haven't learned from your past mistakes, because you are holding you life for ransom? Like I said before God's ultimate goal is where you spend eternity, not for you immediate happiness, or your Idea of what easy burden or a light yoke is.
I know what triggered this recent down swing of emotions, and i warned you that if your willing to "live by a dream, then be prepared to live with the consequences." These feelings your having, with your world comming apart, are those consequences.. But know those consequences can be like a double bladed sword if you let it.. On one end they cut, and cause pain, but if you learn from your mistakes then, the razors edge your experiencing can also shape your spiritual life.. that is if your willing to seek Jesus in all of this.
Jesus also figured out some ways to described our hearts in the story of the sower, in Mt.13:So I have figured out that it have to be 1 of the 3 things:
3Then he told them many things in parables, saying: "A farmer went out to sow his seed. 4As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up. 5Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. 6But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root. 7Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants. 8Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.
18"Listen then to what the parable of the sower means: 19When anyone hears the message about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is the seed sown along the path. 20The one who received the seed that fell on rocky places is the man who hears the word and at once receives it with joy. 21But since he has no root, he lasts only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, he quickly falls away. 22The one who received the seed that fell among the thorns is the man who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke it, making it unfruitful. 23But the one who received the seed that fell on good soil is the man who hears the word and understands it. He produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown."
Which little seed of faith best describes your heart, your faith? Remember this story was given a couple thousand years ago, and when Jesus told it, it was as if he had you in mind. If you have found yourself in the heat of the mid-day sun, don't ask God to take the sun away, ask him to help you break up that rocky heart, so you can put down some real roots that you may endure your hardships.. Hardships are apart of true Christianity, Look at what the disciples when thru, look at Paul and his followers, look at the church in the first few hundred years.. If God didnot spare them, then why should he spare you? Hardships Make us Stronger in our faiths, so why ask God to excuse us from this part of our relationship with him? We should ask God to fortify us and help us endure, our own mistakes, and any other trials he has planned for us. So we can grow strong in the faith!
