How to Make Living Avatars

1) Click on "User CP" to go to your User Control Panel

2) Click on "Edit Avatar" (on left column)
... It's the first one under Settings and Options.

3) The Living Avatar options are in the middle section.
... Click here to create or update your Living Avatar.

The first thing you want to do is build your base character.

4) Click on Purchase Item.
5) Click on CF Dollies.

6) Click on Characters.
7) Click on Body Female OR Body Male. Select option.

8) Click on Characters.
9) Click on Eyes. Select option.

10) Click on Characters.
11) Click on Lips and Mouths. Select option.

12) Click on Characters.
13) Click on Hair option or any other option you want.

Now to add to you base character.

14) Click on CF Dollies.
15) Click on Womens Clothing or other option.
16) Look thru the possibilities and make your selection.

17) Now select a background.

Option 1 - Full size background.
... Click on Avatar Packs.
... Click on Backgrounds.
... Look thru possibilities and make your selection.

Option 2 - reduced size backgrounds.
Note: they can be expanded later.
... Click on Avatar Packs.
... Click on CF Dollies.
... Click on Backgrounds.
... Look thru possibilities and make your selection.

To make Living Avatar your current avatar:

Click on SAVE.

To ADD items already bought to Living Avatar:

Click on item you want to add.
Click on ADD button to add.
Click on DIRECTIONAL buttons to place.

New item in play is always on the top.
If you want current below others click on LAYER DOWN.
I use this most often when adding a new background.

To REMOVE item from avatar or your "bought" items:

Click on item you want to remove.
Click on REMOVE ITEM if you just want it gone from avatar.
Click on SELL ITEM if you want to totally get rid of item.

Note: "SAVE" before "Selling" or else you will lose changes made.

To place items above or below another:

Click on item you wish to modify location of.
Click on LAYER UP if you want item above others.
Click on LAYER DOWN if you want item below others.

Important: You can modify size of image by clicking shift and S at the same time.
