What is in the field of dating our responsibilities and what is God responsibilities?

I read Genesis where Isaac finds his wife.

The church has introduced unbelief into finding wives and husbands. When I was a lost person, I prayed to God for a woman, and within 3 months I had a girlfriend who I met because she was drawn to my house and immediately attracted to me.

God shoved her in my lap. We see this in Genesis, where Isaac does not even leave his home to get a wife but his Father (Heavenly Father in my case) sends his Servants (Angels), to go bring a wife for his Son.

This is the template given. This is faith. But when I became a Christian, the church introduced complexities and rules and unbelief in how I am supposed to get a wife.

What I had been doing was going out dating, going looking for women, and doing online dating. And this was all unbelief in God. I am more than willing to act, but acting is not faith, if it fails to work according to God's word.

To toil to get a wife is unbelief because in the garden, God simply made Adam a wife. He also just gave Isaac a wife. This is what I realized yesterday in prayer. To try and help God along is just unbelief.

However, there is an unbelief of sitting on your butt and doing nothing... but the issue there is even if you become a "go do it person" if you do this enough as I have, you realize that this too is unbelief. There is unbelief of doing, and unbelief of inaction.

True faith is neither, it is just believing scripture and operating in that power without fear or unbelief. And in scripture, men are provided wives by God, with zero effort on their own... until we arrive at Jacob, who represents Israel and the law, and he had to toil for his wives. But Isaac of faith did not have to do this, because he trusted his father. However, Isaac did not do absolutely nothing... no he spent time with God, when he met his wife, he was meditating in God's word... and then his wife appeared to him.

Oh and after I prayed this, women started being drawn to me. Not the right women but it's having an affect. One lady was standing outside my door an hour later, and then my attractive roommate came into the room where I was, and she was confused... "Why am I in here?"

And then the lady I was talking with online was happy to speak with me... she might be the one, I don't know.

Obviously, I have to pick the right woman according to God's word, just like it worked with Isaac, but the servants do the testing as well, I am just aware of the tests because I know them from scripture.

Dating to earn a wife makes dating tedious. Dating is to rejoice in Jesus.

He has earned wife for us by his blood. We just desire, ask & receive. That's it.

Not only is the term 'soul mate' questionable as it comes from pagan occultic sources, it has probably damaged the Western dating/ mating market (and subsequent marriages) by making people (women especially) focus unreasonably upon 'The One' when in reality, there are probably 100s of people with whom we can lead satisfactory lives and with whom we become increasingly bonded.

Guys! Just like the story of Isaac, God delivered to me today my wife. Just like that story.

I drove off the exit to go to where we were having our date. The billboard said, "Now Delivering"... just like how Isaac's wife was delivered to him. I was waiting at the restaurant and she arrived.

The holy spirit started working between us. During the meal, she made an unusual hand gesture, that I had made to another Christian last week. I used that hand gesture to describe my Christianity in the past. She used that same hand gesture to describe her Christianity. It was supernatural.

And then we were in agreement on water baptism.

Amazing! God came through. It finally clicked just 3 days ago... I was in such terror, and disconnect with reality... I just said to God, "I *need* a wife." God gives us wants yes, but when I said I needed a wife this time, I wasn't being selfish, I actually need one. I need a person to be by my side so I can just have a friend. A lot of the problems I go through would never happen in the first place if I had someone to speak with for 5 minutes.

Preservation from problems is done for us by Jesus, Becz he is love & has loved us more than his life.

A wife is given for us to have soul & body union & thus rejoice over the love of Jesus.

She came out of Christian Reformed background where they would sprinkle water on the head. We both believe in full immersion water baptism.

Went on the 2nd date, and it went great! Better than the first... we talked and talked.

She is a prayer minister for a church!!! So it's great because I got into doing street ministry like a month ago. She also sings and is learning to play guitar. I was learning guitar!

She's fun to be around too. I was thinking for the honeymoon we could go on a kickstart event in a city, where people from the last reformation form into groups, and do street ministry for multiple days, leading people to Christ, healing sicknesses, and doing water baptisms.

It's very very odd to know immediately someone is your wife!!!

Every time I think about it with God, God's spirit in me is like... "This is what the Bible says, you just believed it, and my word came to pass. Isaac immediately knew it was his wife when he saw her." This is what I prayed so it happened!

Now I just got to be patient, and date a person I know I'm going to marry!

I don't think she realizes yet! LoL

So is this still going on? We have all authority over the enemy. Over people we do not. We can pray and pray and say and think and believe and stand all we want. Yet they are free. So unless I am reading this wrong and I could be... your talking about things that SHE has a right in. God will not does not give us someone because we asked for them. Asking believing Him to lead you guide you to the right one.. is one thing. Yet even then it will ALWAYS come down to YOUR choice.

You can pick someone that does not know Christ. And then ask God..HE will NOT say NO! He may tell you to read some verse but in the end its YOU that has to make the choice. He will not. To many times we take over our feelings take over and we KNOW this is God this really is OF GOD! He or she is the one .. I Know it He told me so forth so on. Yet ask him or her...do they know it? And WHY would you not tell them? Relax...

Again your talking about things that has not happen and sorry is not faith. Well SHE has a choice. And try to remember for a man and woman to come together is what HE wanted. So sex and this kind of things between man and a woman is what HE made and wanted for them. So to do something where you ministry for day leading people to Christ and healing the sick is great dont get me wrong but.. that is NOT what even God would want when you both are to get to KNOW each other in so many ways. A Jewish wedding OLD one.. they would go back to their fathers house for about a week! And its not what YOU want ..what does SHE want. Love never thinks of itself. And we treat HER as if she was the Church so for so on.

But your really jumping the gun big time. My wife and we have been together for over 30y now. From the day I met her then about a year or more..no WAY would I go out with her. Lol no way. But about a year later .. its like someone flipped the switch.. everything I hated I loved. And GOD didnt flip this switch. He cant..we are free. But there is so many other things HE can and does do ..but WE have to LISTEN! If you want to know who is really talking listen.. do you hear ME ME ME I I I? If so its not God.. anyway..

You asked for..you believe for.. for that you shall have. Trust HIM. Only one time in my life did He say no. I was not looking for a wife. I just new this girl and wow always wanted to go out and be with her. One day it happen. The 1st kiss I saw the biggest NO I have ever seen. Told her and she cried. I dont know why He said no. There were other girls I should NEVER have went out with where we played around blood of Jesus. Relax.. enjoy NOW...tomorrow will always take care of it self. Live here.

My husband prayed for a wife and God sent me, we don't agree on everything I'm sure but as long as we believe in the divinity of Christ we will never be unequally yolked.
So whatever you do, don't get hung up on the small stuff even if she isn't wof just respect each other's beliefs and it will work out.

As for sowing a seed to marriage my husband did the same, pray over your tithes and offerings and say Lord I am giving the in faith and I'm believing you will help me find a wife.
