How many times do we pray?

I wanted to know how many times you prayed for something before it got answered. I believe that we should never lose hope. Hope Faith and Love are our gifts from the Holy Spirit that God will not take away. Even if we pray for 1000th time and hear no answer there is no knowing if God will respond to the 1001st. I hope this gives some encouragement to others to continue to pray.

I agree with what Scotty said. Never give up!

Every time you pray, put more and more emphasis on "Your will be done!" and ask that the Father renews your mind and reveals His will to you. You may have to search the Bible and change your prayers or your ways, or you may have to humble yourself, or you may have to stand before God's Throne with much more confidence and show God that you really believe that He is able and willing. Only God knows, and the Holy Spirit will help you pray. It's not about how many times you pray, and it's not only about how much faith you have, but it's about having the right faith and a right relationship with God. And He can use our unanswered prayers to correct us or to teach us to trust Him and to pull us a lot closer to Him.

The Lord never fails to give you what you ask for, with a humble and contrite heart, in His own good time.
Sometimes for us to wait patiently is to test our devotion and love for Him. If we are all for Him, we will never give up. The Lord is also patient with us, this relationship with Him surpasses all that is in the world.
