It is a Biblical fact that when we all, including transgender people, stand before God in the judgment, we still be standing there after being resurrected as we were born, and not how some have mutilated themselves to change their gender. God does and will not recognise transgender. He will only see male and female, and that is how all will stand before Him in the judgment.
The real tragedy is when a transgender person receives Christ and is genuinely born again of the Spirit of God. They can repent of everything else that is not right with God, but they cannot reverse the physical changes they had made to themselves. They will have to live with what they have done, and will always be reminded that they are dependent on the grace and mercy of God, and will look forward to being raised on the last day to be the persons they should be, totally restored to wholeness in their new glorified bodies.
