Our lives are at times touched by the unfortunate weaknesses inherent in day

to day human activities. We need to seek repentance daily to allow us to merit favor

in the eyes of G-d.

How does one atone for one's sins under the current Mosaic Law?

I presume it would be done in a manner similar to the days of Moshe.

How would one go about it in these times?

Sounds like You need to do a study on the day of atonement, and true Fasting,
and prayer of repentance. To me Fasting for the day of atonement is not just
a phyical fast but also a spiritual fast. You are correct We need to seek repentance daily.
The Day of atonement is a Set Apart Day and a lesson from YHWH. Truely a study
of all feastdays is an eye opener.

A study of the Temple and the Holy Place and the Holiest of Holy's
The whole design of the temple and it's importance, the priestly duties.
How they prepared the way they were to kill the goat, and about the
scape goat.The blood being sprinkeld.
Because You are this temple. The blood of YAHSHUA is what cleans this
temple. To me this is all a picture of your question.
Think about what it means to afflict your soul. LEV chapters 16-17

There is so much on fasting Like Psalms 69:10.
