Hi yeshuaslavejeff! How do you reconcile Jesus' teaching in Matthew 5:19 with Paul's teachings in places like Romans 7-8 and Galatians 4:21-31?

Simple! Jesus was referring to life in the millenial kingdom vs. Paul was talking about what is needed for salvation for eternity!

So you are Fers. I was one of the last hires in the nation under CSRS! I have 60 quarters in Social Security, so even though I lose half my social security because of being CSRS, I will still retire with 92% of my current take home pay! I am so grateful to the Lord for that blessing.

Praise the Lord! Yes, I am under Fers. Between my annuity and social security supplement (bridge payment) I'm looking at 73% of my pay, until I add my thrift savings to it later, then it will be closer to 100%. I will have my house payed off at retirement, so that helps a lot!

MY TSP was known as college loans for our six kids! God has cared for both of us! I pray you enjoy your retirement in 3 as I anticipate enjoying mine in 40 days! I am hoping to be able to return being a voluntary chaplain at teh local jail. I was there for over 8 years but had to leave due to time constraints. Now that I will be a "man of leisure", I am hoping to be able to return.

I have always regarded Les Feldick to be a mid Acts (MAD). He preach very similar stuff as CR Stam.
