No. I said that driving a BMW makes you equally guilty of making others stumble (by inciting covetousness) as the 'revealing clothing = lust' old hat. Do pay attention.
Anyways, lets look at the verse again.
"I also want the women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, adorning themselves, not with elaborate hairstyles or gold or pearls or expensive clothes" (1 Timothy 2:9).
Now, if your father or pastor told you to dress with decency and you came out with no bra in a see thru dress that also showed off your cleavage, what do you think their reaction would be?...
The verse talks elaborate and expensive, not revealing.
As for my father, he'd more concerned with me dressing appropriately for the occasion, which does not hinge on neckline depth or hemline height at all.
