What kind of device are you using? Windows, Mac, Android? For desktop, you can get an audio recording app, which can record your desktop audio directly. So anything, from videos to web content.
I would strongly recommend that anyway since Windows 7 is no longer being supported. Also, if you wanted to try it in Chrome (or the new version of Microsoft Edge), this extension says it can do it: Chrome Audio Capture
Might be easier to use Chrome specifically for that when needed than screwing around recording it through Audacity.
Use WSL and get youtube-dl if it's even still available. It does the job quickly and efficiently. You can even get a front end that allows you to use it with a GUI (I think it uses Qt but I can't remember atm).
