Quite; they seem to cause more problems than they solve; particularly perfection, omnibenevolence, and omniscience...

I'm not an atheist but very sympathetic to your ideas. I agree with atheists that nothing has ever come close to justifying a god's existence. Atheists have got a very bad rap through history for being appropriately skeptical of ridiculous claims and assertions. If it weren't for their bravery, I'm not sure how much humanity would have progressed. As you respectively say "cause more problems then they solve". Very good point!

I wonder if statistics might be used. Imagine life as a casino and God occasionally tweaking the dice and the Roulette wheel or whispering in the ear of the Christian at the poker table.
God whispering in my ear at the poker table, sign me up!

But can he violate them?

Who would have noticed if the universe gained a few hundred kg when the loaves and fishes appeared? Earths orbit might change a teeny tiny bit. But not enough for anyone to care.
The important thing is that the loaves/fishes dont materialize instantaneously and cause an atmospheric shock wave that might concuss anyone nearby.

Miracle like behavior is always possible in QM in the sense that highly unlikely events always have some probability of occurring. The problem is that miracles could happen but not be related to a god with "omni" type qualities. There is no way to link a miracle (if it were somehow able to be categorized as such) back with a god.

An in depth study has been made on math jokes.

Forgot math jokes that you think you could actually understand but you don't - is it in the shaded area or not?

If a bread and a fish appeared not only out of nowhere, but also right when I needed them, I would suspect someone was up to something.

Never had that experience or anything like it. I would take notice if it did.
