I have felt very sad and depressed for the last day and a half. I have moved into a great big new house and I should be excited, but all I want to do is run away and hide.

feeling pretty down and anxious today. My fiance was in for the weekend and it's always hard when she leaves. Plus, financially i'm in a tight spot and monday's are always a little hard just to get going. my medication has been helping the last few days, but just feel really bad this morning. i don't know if anyone really reads this and puts to much thought into it, but if you're reading this, a quick prayer is always appreciated. thanks.

Just wanted to say i finally had a relatively 'good' day this past sunday - the sermon at church was awesome. monday was difficult again, and today i'm doing a little better. It's been a struggle, but i feel the last few days have been slowly getting better! Praise the Lord!

Hey all I'm new in here too, so hi to everyone here

Well....I was OK when I woke up, but have been going downhill since.....got my daughter ready to go off on vacation with her dad (we separated about 7 months ago) and know I'm gonna miss her badly, so that started the slide....and since then, well, I don't even really know why I've started struggling again - the usual feelings, guilt, despair, fear....Started to have a panic attack earlier, which I asked the Lord to take away from me as soon as I realised what was happening, and thank goodness, He answered my prayers as it was short-lived.

I started the day (after I saw my daughter off) on a fairly positive note - made a conscious decision to have a day just for me. Went out for coffee at my fave coffee shop, did some shopping, decided to buy myself some flowers, nice magazines and a small box of chocs to spoil myself. Came home and BAM....straight into panic attack and feeling bad.... Trying to fight it though. Gonna go for a nice long bath with some nice smelly bubble bath, read my mags and wait for my partner to call.

Finally also made the decision to go talk to my doctor about how I've been recently. Made an appointment, but the earliest I could get (with the doctor I want to speak to) is Friday 20th...hey ho...

I've felt bad today and the last few days.
During work it's very hard to keep focused and not get distracted.
The mental pain can sometimes be terrible.
