I went to get some groceries, the walk wasn't all that long, and the groceries weren't all that heavy - but I think my body must be getting bored, it released WAY too many endorphins. lol.

I understand them as natural painkillers, my body gave me more than usual so I felt a little high.

It started happening when I was a teenager, never could explain it so others could do it too though.

This time however, the body did it on it's own, so I'll have to look into other factors just to ensure there's nothing else going on.

It's going to be a cold month ahead here in Alberta. February is always the coldest month of the year it can get as low as minus 40 celcius. The next 10 days will be in the mid minus twenties.
