Bleach and food do not mix. Very bad. If you are concerned about your produce and meats, there are food safe cleaning products you can buy at the grocers. Bleach is not food safe.

Now these are salmon fillets tacodillas...

Yeah, I said it. What I did is make the taco shell out of flower tortilla...kinda like a folded quesadilla.


Lots of butter, cilantro, salsa, sourcream, lemons...

I'm not gonna lie...it's fire!


Oh yeah, cranberry-grape juice to wash it down... straight from the bottle. No sense in dirtying any cups.

I love salmon tacos. That and cod are my favorites for fish tacos. Talapia just falls apart too easily for me.

It's just a matter of shopping and allotting time to it.

I ran the kitchen for a time when I was at the Teen Challenge Ministry Institute.

Plus, I cooked at a couple of other places. Not to mention for my own self...when I had the facilities.

I like to cook off the cuff...experiment with it. Get down to next to nothing and scrape something tasty together...something new!
