I ran the kitchen for a time when I was at the Teen Challenge Ministry Institute.

Plus, I cooked at a couple of other places. Not to mention for my own self...when I had the facilities.

I like to cook off the cuff...experiment with it. Get down to next to nothing and scrape something tasty together...something new!

I came up with a new dressing just the other day when, after I made a salad, i realized I didn't have any.

It was a spiced teriyaki dressing. I liked it so much that i didn't want to throw the little left over so I made a couple of turkey wraps with it.

Keep in mind that I've never been a picky eater though...ha ha...
