In Hiding the Messiah: Falsification of Genesis 5 & 11 (Part 1) we got a bird's-eye view of the four major translations of the Bible and, we saw how the scribes subtracted, added, and shifted the numbers around of the genealogical records of Genesis 5; and, how, even after sorting out all of the places where they agreed and disagreed, 14 Years were hidden by adding them to the year in which Methuselah died. Today we shall apply the same principle of using two or more witnesses to establish the truth of the matter and the methods we used to correct the aforementioned accounts of Genesis 11.

Here are the genealogical records for our analysis today:

As we saw in our previous analysis of Genesis 5, the testimonies of our five witnesses disagree on the same four points:

1) The years from Shem to Terah.
2) The years each father begat their son.
3) The years each lived after begetting their son.
4) The years they died except for Shem and Terah.

With things lining up we see again in the MT that the scribes shifted hundreds of years from the time that each of the fathers begat their sons to the time they lived after begetting them. On top of all this we also see how superb the LXX is in comparison to the rest and, how much the SP and Josephus agree more with it than the MT. This is highlighted more clearly by the importance of Cainan who is only found in the LXX. And after lining everything up there is a strong case for his purposeful exclusion from the SP, MT, and Josephus:

Something else amazing you'll notice is that now the deaths of each father accurately reflect the narrative in the Bible where an increase in sin results in a decrease of overall life expectancy! This only validates the fact that we are truly in the last days as people are dying in their 40's to 80's. And as sin has been increasing there has been a natural rise in deaths of younger people.

Before closing I must admit that while doing this great work I was not expecting to find such damming results of the effects of the sins of mankind on ourselves and the world around us. It is truly humbling to know that as patient as God is with us: He doesn't allow sin to go unpunished.
