rab: many, a multitude

harab: the many, the multitude

Looks to me like v'rab which would be 'and many'

and that is also the way JPS (Jewish Publication Society) translates it

And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to reproaches and everlasting abhorrence.
