Another reason I voted for Trump is the strong stand he took against ISIS. Instead of coddling ISIS the way the Obama administration did, Trump's intention was to decimate them, which he did.

And President Trump has been great for the economy.
Yeah Trump talked a good game. By now, don't you realize it's all talk? He's a moron and a liar. He'll be another Obama with a different personality to sell. Correction: He IS just another Obama with only a different personality to sell. Trump, lol.

If that were true, the corporate media wouldn't be so against him.

No eyeroll, just a chuckle :)

I agree the media has been negative on Trump - I don't see how that means they "hate" him. They give him the attention he wants from him. They work with and for him.

Trump understands the media is the opposition party. Maybe hate isn't the most apt term, although it certainly applies to some of them. But partisan opposition is accurate and just as deplorable.

They're HIS party. He inherited him as he is the corporatist-in-chief. It's truly laughable that people believe the act that Trump and the media put on. Of course, the proof is in what Trump does which goes against what he has said. But I get it that Trump people don't want to believe what's actually happening in front of their eyes and prefer instead to believe what Trump and the radial right tell them to believe. Why should conservatives change what they've been doing for decades? It's easier for them to just be told what to think, after all.

If it wasn't for the media, Trump likely doesn't get elected. CNN, covered him like a blanket as soon as he announced he was running and that provided millions of dollars of public exposure for Trump. Fox was actually against Trump when he first announced he was running, because they wanted one of the establishment candidates to win. When it became clear Trump would win the nomination, Fox started to support him, with a few exceptions of folks who were a tad more objective.

The media worked in concert with the Clinton campaign to get him nominated as a "pied Piper" candidate to lose to Hillary, per Podesta's emails from Wikileaks. You know Trump and the Clinton's met or talked right before he declared. They wanted him to run because they expected to be able to make him look so bad Hill would look good by comparison. And yes, Fox wasn't on board with that so they were a bit more anti Trump to start with.

That is certainly a possibility but then we have him killing TPP, pulling out of Paris, dumping the JFK files, implementing the travel ban. These are things the establishment did not want to happen. It's still a little too early to know who's side Trump is really on.

Trump's narcissist behavior, has provided plenty of ammo for the media to be negative.

One of his most obvious flaws.

But I've also seen him weaponize that flaw and use it to his advantage. And he is getting better at that as well.

The problem with Clinton, her campaign and even many of the political experts, they never saw the handwriting on the wall about, just how bad a candidate Clinton was.

She was supposed to demolish Obama in 08 and an unknown came out of no where to beat her. That happened, because Obama was considered, the change candidate. Trump beat 15 others in the primary, because he was considered, the change candidate. Sanders won 20 states and a couple of those key rust belt states, because he was considered the change candidate.

The bottom line here, is polls have shown for years, how fed up American's were with establishment/elitists politicians and Clinton was the poster child for that title.

IMO, Trump is an off the charts narcissist, but he has been this way ever since he has been in the public eye and it shouldn't shock anyone.

How do you feel, he has used his obvious narcissist behavior to his advantage?

Back in January when he tweeted about banning flag burning, it got everyone riled up. He had no intention of doing anything of the kind. He just wanted to get the attention off another story that was leading that was inconvenient. I can't even remember what it was. All I took away was the lesson. Don't take the bait.

But according to Donna, the Clinton's bought the DNC for firesale prices. At the end of the day, how hard are you really going to bite the hand that feeds.

And you can say whatever you want about Trump. He won his primary. No one can deny it, legitimately at least, and no one can take that away from him.

And going forward, who still bankrolls the DNC? Who is the hand that feeds now?

Not sure this is relevant to what i posted.
