    From the article:

The Connecticut native later claimed the viral clip was 'clearly' an 'analogous joke'

She’s a Harvard graduate, but a Connecticut woman apparently learned this week that words and actions can have consequences.

In a new video Wednesday, teary-eyed Claira Janover claims she lost a job with the Deloitte accounting firm after saying in a previous video – that went viral – that she would “stab” anyone who told her “all lives matter.”

Standing up for Black Lives Matter put me in a place online to be seen by millions of people,” Janover says in the new video. As a result, “the job that I’d worked really hard to get and meant a lot to me has called me and fired me because of everything.”

Our actions are often weighed, and there's always a payback.

So why can't people just understand that wanting a career in a certain field and achieving the academics to get there that YOU MUST have the whole package for a company to consider you qualified to stay a member of their team? Did she ever stop to consider that some clients her firm does work for JUST MIGHT believe that saying "All Lives Matter" is fine and is acceptable to say? And if they believe so how appealing is it to them to do business with individuals who have put themselves out there saying the most scariest thing possible.

An analogous joke? I don't think anyone should have to accept her statement shouldn't raise serious concerns. I think we're seeing this with others as well. People getting arrested for actions they did in various things seem almost shocked and surprised they're getting charged. I think they might have been thinking everybody that was on their side of things would have their back. Perhaps now their seeing they might end up standing alone to face the music.

A part of me can even feel a little bit of sympathy for this young ladies plight BUT PLEASE seriously think through on statements and positions you put out! The ramifications could end up being enormous.

Well it is still not her fault according to her. It’s the Trump supporters. I think she looks and acts like she might need to consult a doctor.

If so she's fallen into the error of thinking everybody is as polarized as her. She should learn about the silent majority of people whether they're Dems or Republicans, Trump supporters or not great numbers of people don't find acceptable her rhetoric of using weapons to respond to just someone having a different world view. Her words were spoken to create a shock value. Even if not meant to be taken literally she still made herself look extreme. As a person wishing the best for people I hope she recovers from this but henceforth in future days that she protects how she's viewed at all costs.

So much for a Harvard education, how did she get in, how did she graduate.

I would have hoped Harvard graduates had the English skills to not write “I’m sorry, Deloitte, that you can’t see that ... That you were cowardice [sic] enough to fight somebody who’s going to make an indelible change in the world and is going to have an impact.

She doesn't seem to realise that "Trump supporters" are half the country. The country did, after all, elect Trump as President.
