Wait, I thought the FBI already had it?
The FBI have a laptop.

Giuliani thought that they were being slow about coming to a conclusion, so he tuned over a hard drive in his possession to Delaware police.

The Delaware police opted to turn the drive over to the FBI.

Was it a back-up hard drive or the drive from the computer itself?

1) Given that this President has already "trashed" 2 FBI Directors, how much confidence should the nation have that an unbiased investigation would ever see the light of day?

2) The FBI is also an agency within the Department of Justice, where under Attorney General Barr the international reputation of American justice is currently hoovering somewhere between that of a "banana republic" and a "failed state!"

3) Even if the FBI were allowed to conduct a credible investigation, Barr's handling of the Mueller Investigation is a graphic reminder that his primary responsibility is to insulate this President from the consequences of Trump's own words and actions!

4) Releasing the contents of the hard-drive this close to the 2020 Election is part of a calculated strategy that allows the Trump Campaign to obtain the "biggest political bag for the buck," without running the risk of being exposed by a proper investigation - because of time constraints!
