The Calvinists (Presbyterian's) dominated Scotland and Northern Ireland for hundreds of years , they have in recent times been found also in Wales
"Calvinistic Methodists are a body of Christians forming the Presbyterian Church of Wales and claiming to be the only denomination of the Presbyterian order in Wales which is of purely Welsh origin."
.. yet they are nowhere to be seen in England , Why ?
Can the answer be , they fled to America (1620) after a short but Providential stay in Holland (Synod of Dort) leaving behind a "Presbyterian church" in England UK which slid into Unitarianism , the core of the Church having left ?
There have been attempts to re-establish the Presbyterian church in England , it has had little success in these apostate times.
British Reformed Fellowship founded 1990
So it looks like the Calvinists who fled England preserved their faith and those that didn't slid into Liberalism.
