Bruce Springsteen is 69 today. Rather than post this in the Music forum, I thought some pleasant, less controversial news would be a nice break from the usual Sturm und Drang we deal with around here.
This is one of the best R & R songs of all time. I gotta admit, the religious allusions in the lyrics really work. Gives the song more punch. Along with the great keyboard and sax playing by Roy Bittan and the late Clarence Clemons.
