If some maniac buys a minivan and starts running over pedestrians, of course it isn't possible for the victims' families to sue to automobile manufacturer. Likewise, it doesn't make sense to sue gun makers when crazy people go on shooting sprees. What's your point?

my point is people need to be accurate when they discuss these things, I've seen a couple of memes and people post "Well, in america, only gun manufacturers can't be sued for anything!!" which is false. Sometimes? I just like to post facts so people don't post things that aren't true.
