I'd forgotten about that show, she was busking on the street outside the venue and Rod invited her on stage 'cause she was so good and he got his start busking himself. That was SO cool!

Busking is when a person sings or plays an instrument or both on the street, with a hat or some such beside them on the ground. People who enjoy their singing give money to them.
