Time to sleep, quite looking forward to sleeping...this is getting to be a habit!

oh dear, not a good start to the night, can't sleep...must admit to being upset...a Unitarian friend has died that I hadn't seen for a while, and we never got round to catching up. it has been on my mind since I found out at lunch time.
The Lord is watching over us and knows all about it,

At the end of another day we look back upon the day with its' blessings and trials. We say thankyou LORD for helping us through. Now it is time for sleep,sweet rest and for those that find it difficult to sleep,we pray that as they look to You,they will find comfort and peace. Amen
